You can solve the problem by tapping the setting icon on upper right side of blue stacks, reporting the problem and choosing stuck on loading screen in category. It can fixes the problem automatically.

I think your hardware configuration does not support the bluestack , first check minimum requirements to download bluestack.

Jose says..please go in your windows search options and type cmd.exe…then u run that..after that u will see a box,,,there u see last line is like that “C:/Users/your pc name>there u type {regedit}……and click enter….then u go to blustacts and clear all data but default can not be deleted…..after that u can run blustacts freely.Play and stay Blustacts.

There is no option to update device drives when I searched in the device manager. Then I clicked on to the disk drives and tried to update it but while doing so, I got a message that the drives are already been updated. Bluestacks / Showbow does not work in Windows 10 at all no matter what you do or try. Free Movies Box as well will not work in Windows 10. I went from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro. I have downloaded it a dozen times and it still will not work even after increasing the RAM in the registry. The people at BLUESTACKS have had 10 months now to fix this issue. Still waiting.
