I think your Android Mobile is not properly rooted. Does lucky patcher show any warnings regarding root, like ”Root access could not be detected”
Or, you are using an old version of lucky patcher, you need to update it….. Hope I helped…

That just says turn off mock locations. That doesn’t help. Néed mock locations to use fake gps.
On options in android go to about phone and tap build number a few times (around 7-8 times) and that will activate developer options in settings.

Yes it means your soft banned. To fix it open a pokestop swipe it as if you were trying to get items in that pokestop and close and repeat until u start getting items.

How to move without allowing mock location?
I use PSEUDO GPS, it is very easy to install and has directional to move the map.

Oh n btw when u are taking over the same gym as someone actually at the gym…we have your user names lol. Many of you will get banned for being stupid and lazy. seems like this trick will not work anymore with the most recent pokemon go update that includes the buddy system. anyone else can confirm?
Pokemon just force updated the version to 0.39.1 and now it doesnt work.

Pokemon Go just forced me to update my version to v .39.1 and now I’m unable to login to the account. “unable to authenticate” error.
I tried a new account and it’s the same thing.
I used my old account on a different phone and it logged in.
Could it be that the new update detects the root of the phone?
Richard, Yes i also face the same issue after i updated it v 0.39.1 but i fixed it in a smart way: Here is the way to “Fix Pokemon Go Unable to Authenticate” Error.
1. Remove your Google account from your device from which you logged in. Path Location : Go to Settings>>Accounts>>>Remove Your Account.
2. Next, Launch Pokemon Go and its asks you to login with your Google Account. Add your Google account credentials and proceed to launch Pokemon Go.
3.Now, Pokemon Go successfully logged it without any errors.

Your suggestion did not work. I googled it earlier and found out that after the v 0.37 update, pokemon go blocks rooted phones. Which is why it blocks all google accounts even if I create a new one.
