Hey Lydia, Actually you should not update your ShowBox while first installation. Lot of user’s complaining same update issue in ShowBox. Ok, Don’t worry just uninstall this ShowBox and install it again. And while installing please do not press on Update, Just tap on cancel option and proceed with ShowBox. That’s it. Thanks.

Hello, so I installed showbox awhile ago and everything was going fine but then suddenly the voices were very off. Like the movie will continue playing and all but the voice and the movements were very slow and off. Please help, I’ve tried uninstalling and re installing it but it doesn’t seem to fix the problem.

I am getting the same error message on my android tablet try another server. There is not another option for Server 2. Also it would be greatly appreciated if you would distinguish in giving your instructions for fixes to identify between phones and android tablets. This probably would be a great app for tablets but still too many glitches with this app. I understand this app is free but on the flip side we as consumers has paid a lot of money for the tablets and phones. I am only seeing 2 servers… 1 and 8 and they only work for streaming new movies. Older movies all you see if the torrent option. What the heck is going on?!
I am having two issues the first is that one program keeps down loading in a foreign language several earlier seasons downloaded in English but then it did a whole season in a different language.
The second issue is that another program has been dowloading the seasons just fine but the most recent season has no audio on any episode I have downloaded. The video is clear without audio. What can I do?
Our showbox came re installed on an android box…was working great for the last month..but last night stopped working at all. We can “see” the movies and the tv shows. We can “see” it updating..but if you click on a show it shows “nodda…blank screen city for all” and if we click on a movie we get “server error” then it starts updating all over again…Over and over and over…We can see where to uninstall it on the app (under settings) but we cannot figure out how to reinstall (is that even necessary?) For the record we did already “clear data” and “clear cashe” and all that seemed to do was delete our library….still same issues please help!

I completed the updates as usual to my showbox app. I have been trying to watch the second season to a series called The Good Witch. It shows that their is a second season but non of the episodes show up even though there are three episodes already available on other apps. Mike, You can see server option in showbox app. Just change the showbox server if you feel server 1 is not working fine.
I only have the option of torrents. And How do I get it to play? It won’t even play on my phone. It will only let me download and won’t even play after I download.

I’ve been having the same issues as others (since April 28, 2016). I can’t change the server on some of the things I want to watch, so they only give me the option to download. For other things I want to watch, the video does not play properly (the audio and video do not line up or the audio does not play at all).
I have been streaming from showbox to a chromecast using allconnect app for ages. with the latest update it saids i need mx player. got around this by downloading showbox. However all the films and shows seem to now be split into parts!
when i try streaming now it wont get by the first part. it just stops.
if i play on my phone it just runs on to parts 2,3 etc.
Try playback to vlc player.

Finally got my Showbox to cast to my chromecast. I downloaded Growbox. I have no idea why but now Showbox gives me the Chromecast option where it would not before. I have the same issues as everyone else here….lots of shows and movies are only available to download/Torrent server option only. Many are not available at all. When I do get a movie to stream it shuts down after 13 minutes or so. No options to watch other parts. Who the hell wants to watch a movie in small parts anyway? Maybe this is a sign that I need to get a paid subscription to something rather than do this free movie thingy.
Hello! Let me start by saying I have had a great experience with Showbox in the past, I think they provide an amazing service and we should be very grateful that they do so for free. So when problems arise I have tried to be patient because of that.
However, I’m here today because I began having problems with Showbox many months ago, and still have not recovered full use of the app. Everything was working beautifully until and I finally went ahead and did the newest update (at the time), and after that most shows would say “video not available.” I tried downgrading to an earlier version, but after installing it and opening it nothing would happen.
I also tried uninstalling it completely and clearing my data and cache, but all that did was erase all my history so I had to re-ad my shows and figure out where I was – though still unable to watch anything. I continued to read online but couldn’t find any solutions other than those.
It’s been months, and I’ve done a few updates since then. Now the shows either say “video not available” or I can click on the show but it only pulls up the pre-show ad, and then as soon as I close the ad, it goes back to the list of shows. Orrr… I can pull up some shows but they have no sound.
So it’s been this way for a months, I kept hoping an update would fix it. I just updated it today and still no luck.
I read a bunch of posts online, none of which helped and I don’t know where to go for assistance from Showbox, or to find out if they’re having problems on their end and what to expect. Can anyone help me get this fixed? Or help me get in touch from someone from Showbox who actually knows what’s going on?

When I first got shoebox it worked fine but now I updated it and every movie has to be dowloaded I can’t just watch now but that wasn’t the problem, when I hit download I went to the download menu and it was automatically at 817mb and won’t go up it just stays at 817mb, please help!?!?!

Since updating Showbox, everything is now in different parts e.g. a TV show has 2 parts. This is fine when watching the show on my device where showbox is downloads but when I am trying to watch it on my TV using a chromecast it will only allow you to see Part 1 and not the rest of the show. This happens on any server I choose.

Hi since the latest update on both my phone Samsung s5 and tablet Samsung tab 3 showbox will not cast to the tv any more. I have tried to do grow box but the site to dow load that doesn’t work eit her. Can anyone help please.
