      • Rehma Saik, Graphic Card is not in bluestacks it’s related to your laptop/PC/Desktop. To support high level graphics in bluestacks we have to upgrade our system graphic card.     • Hello Steve, I understand your keyboard problem in bluestacks. ..Follow these simple steps to fix your keyboard issue.. First Go to All Apps>>>Tap on Bluestacks Settings>>>Hit on Keyboard Settings>>>Physical Keyboard section>> Pop up menu will appear and tap on setup keyboard layout>> Disable already existed language and select English (US, International Style)>> That’t it..         • does it hang one fourth thru almost at the finish? just wait until it installs .. update grafix card too and try again.. install by right clicking the installation icon and run as administrator

  5. Getting the card error and I do IT work so go figure that work around, lol. I ran Bluestacks on Win. 8.1 without an issue as opposed to the issues steaming from Win. 10. If you know of a workaround for me to get it going it would be great, I have the 258 MB download on my hdd, just when I open to install it pops up graphics card, blah blah.   14. Hi, i have installed and uninstalled bluestacks a couple times, i checked my graphic card. I open the program and i just says downloading game data, and will not go past that screen. I have windows 10. Help please?

    • Hello Tara, Do the procedure using 3G internet speed. Some times if you do the process with low internet speed it always show downloading game data. So, do it with 3G or 4G speed. Thanks.

  28. I have successfully installed bluestacks. Sometimes when I run it, it sticks on the initializing screen. Even when it gets past this, It still locks up about 1-2 minutes into use. Any solution for this? My internet speed is in excess of 20Mbps consistently.

  29. I’m using Windows 10 on Laptop. While Installing, the BlueStacks-Installer(252mb), it gave me couple of errors like “Couldn’t find a free port” and “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.” and everything gets terminated. I’m good with Graphics, and I even tried to Run as Administrator. Whats the Solution?

  32. I get “It seems your system has been upgraded. Please click OK to configure and run BlueStacks App Player”.
    If I press OK it just comes up again, if I press Cancel, Bluestacks doesn’t work.
    Tried the registry fix they have on their site and the other file provided, tried compatibility mode, run as admin, disable anti virus, nothing works.

  42. I installed bluestacks but it got an error BlueStacks-ThinInstaller_0.8.11.3116.e×e-Application Error and it says that this application failed to initialize properly(0× c0000135). click on OK to terminate the application. I am using windows xp. Can i install this app in my PC??? Please guide.
