I’m getting a no connection error on cartoon HD app on android. Worked previously but stopped. Tried reinstalling app and also factory reset. Box is connected to the internet via WiFi and app works on my phone on same network.any ideas what to do? Movie HD app also does the same no connection retry error

Hey peps my dad is having probs at the mo he can watch cartoon hd and movie hd on his tablet but when he trys to cast it to his tv through all cast it keep telling him its an unsupported network ive removed all the apps including all cast and put them all back on again but its still saying the same thing. I suspect they have switched to torrent streaming and broken something in the process.
With Showbox you have the option of torrent streaming or using one of their servers. If you switch to using one of the servers you can either use VLC or an external player. I use MX Player as an external player and its been working great lately. VLC is really good too. Torrent streaming loads up extremely slow.
I accidentally logged out and now I go to log in but it takes me to create free account and I click sign in but nothing happens so I made a new one and it just keeps saying that there was an unidetified error
I have an odd situation. I had Cartoon Hd running on two Android boxes. It was running perfectly on both up until last week. The app has stopped working on one box, but works perfectly on the other?? On the box that’s not working when I select a movie or show it just says “Loading” with the hour glass spinning. Not sure why it stopped working all of a sudden. Both boxes are similar. The one Cartoon Hd stopped working on is an MXIII and the one it continues to work on is an MXIII Plus.
Problem solved. On the one box it wasn’t working on under Developer Options I had Do Not Keep Activities checked. Once I unchecked that it resolved the issue. Keeping that option checked has something to do with how Android sorts its RAM and tasks.

updated to 3.0.1 from 3.0.0. was working before without a hitch but when i updated to 3.0.1 which is the latest version, when i click on it it just shows the first screen with the version and then just crashes. my brother with the same unit as mine is also crashing after updating to the latest version. Please help! our unit is unblock tech ubox gen 3 16gb.

Same here, just bought the invidia shield. Had my old Tronfy mx4 from 2015 and everything is still working great on it. Wanted to upgrade to the “best streaming device” the Nvidia shield and now I’m having all kinds of playing issues. I gave the mx4 to my 9 year old son and he’s loving it. So I updated Cartoon HD to 3.01 on the Invidia shield but it doesn’t even let me in. It just crashes and boots me out. Please I don’t know what to do??

These developers dont seem to speak english and dont seem to really care about their project. You would yhink they would at leat let us know whats going on. Mine just started crashing the last couple of days with the dreaded “Cant play this video” error.

Download unsuccessful on my galaxy s7 nougat and my friends s7. Still works every time on my s5 5.1.1. And works fine on my shield k1 but not on my friends galaxy tab. I’m guessing its just comparability issues that’s. Hopefully an app update sometime soon will fix this.
